My Review of Morehead Honda:
My husband and I have purchased a new car every three years for the last 41 years. We have had bad to great experiences with all kinds of dealerships. We have to rate Morehead Honda beyond the word great. Our experience with customer service, the quality of work, all done in a timely manner, the friendliness of all the staff from the moment you walk into the door to our most pleasant experience of meeting and working with the salesperson Mark J. Etri Jr goes beyond excellent. Mark meets all the criteria of a pleasant, courteous and personable person. He asks and listens to what you want and need in a car. There is no judgement on his part as to whether or not you can even afford the car/SUV you are asking about. He kept us updated frequently while they were searching for the vehicle we requested. The transition of the trade was quick, smooth and again a wonderful experience. Mark Etri is a young gentleman that should not be looked over by this dealership. He's knowledgeable about all of the vehicles, he is tech savvy and presented as extremely patient with all of our questions regarding the equipment within the vehicle. It is obvious that he loves his job and the people he works with. He presents as happy and excited and leaves no stone unturned. To the person reading this, you may ask why am I taking the time to write so much. This was a pleasant experience because of this young gentleman Mark Etri and all the people he introduced us to. Young people like Mark Etri are hard to come by. Personally, I'm tired of people who can't give you the right time of day, can't smile, can't listen, can't complete a transition in a timely and professional manner and most importantly can even remember your name or that you were in once to look at a vehicle. We hope to buy all of our future vehicles from Mark Etri and Morehead Honda. They get 5 plus stars from us.
